John Richards, a distinguished professional in the HVAC industry, serves as the Owner and President of Right Temp Mechanical Inc, (which he founded from the ground up). With a career spanning over two decades, John has established himself as a visionary leader, working in collaboration with developers and general contractors nationwide.

At Right Temp Mechanical, John leads a dynamic team, infusing every project with a commitment to integrity, hard work, and unparalleled quality. His passion for the company, is evident in the lasting impact it has made within the industry.

Embodying a philosophy centered on honesty and integrity, John cultivates enduring relationships with a core group of developers and general contractors. His dedication to these principles has resulted in long-term partnerships that continue to thrive. Always forward-thinking, John actively seeks new collaborations and partnerships, expanding the reach of Right Temp Mechanical Inc. across the country.

John’s journey in the HVAC field began in 1996 as an apprentice, learning the intricacies of the trade on the job with a local residential HVAC company. Achieving his Journeyman’s license in 2000, he honed his skills further over the next four years at another local company, ultimately earning his Master Mechanical license. In 2010, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own residential HVAC business, which later became part of a larger local HVAC company. Undeterred, John founded Right Temp Mechanical Inc. in April 2015, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his illustrious career.

Throughout his eight years of service, John has acquired numerous Master Mechanical licenses in various cities and states, a testament to his expertise and commitment to excellence. His journey, rooted in on-the-job training and EPA certification, underscores the value of practical experience in the ever-evolving HVAC landscape.

Beyond his professional pursuits, John believes that family is the cornerstone of a fulfilling life. He cherishes moments with his wife and children, emphasizing the importance of work-life balance and the holistic approach he brings to both his personal and professional endeavors.
